Not exactly bed weight but:

'08 SuperCab 4 door cab shell weight: 750lb (no interior, no rear window, no hood, but windshield, front fenders and some grill)

'08 SuperCab frame weight: 550lbs. (includes rear springs, but otherwise bare frame)

At least I got back what it cost to haul it to the scrap yard.
