Trying to pull some ABS codes from the 89 but from my understanding you can’t use a traditional scan tool?

1987 - 1996 F150 & Larger F-Series Trucks - How to pull RABS Codes? - Title explains it all. The ABS light only comes on in the summertime. Weird but true, I won't to know why, and it's not all the time that is comes on.
