Any new style Rangers with Trailmaster or Superlift kits?

Alright, here's what I came up with.

The lower ball joint is lower (further away from the center of the hub) on the 02+ knuckle. The knuckle, therefore, is taller than a 98-01 knuckle. The caliper bridge is also increased in height from the 98-01 bridge. Both are minimal, but enough to make a difference in lift knuckle design.

So likely all it does is cause the lower control arm to sit down a little lower if you were to put the newer knuckle on an older truck? (apparently so, as there seems to be no change in Superlift's applications going from '00-'02 & up).

Appreciate the info on that.

As for RCD's statement, it is because of the vacuum fittings (or lack of) on the knuckles. I sortof wonder why then they include 1998-1999 in their listings... There's no such thing as a non-PVH truck during those years.
Of course if you've swapped manual hubs on though (or done one of the various mods on the stock PVH hubs), then it becomes a non-issue.

Hey thanks!

No problem. Sorry I couldn't post up the exact measurements; we were crunched for time today so I only got some rough measurements. It would seem, then, that you're right about the lower control arm position.

Next time I get an 02+ Ranger in, I will try to get exact numbers.
