Hey all, I’m the original owner of a 1996 CC Ranger XLT, 5 speed, 4.0, with power mirrors, I bought this truck when I was younger and had less money, so I did not get the cruise control or power windows, or 4WD, but I really want Cruise Control. What do I need to Add the “factory” cruise, to my 96. I have the remote mirrors, so that might be a upgraded wiring harness, just like to know what I need, If I can’t do this, then adding factory 4WD is out. But really with 28 MPH, I just love this truck.

That won't work. Everything is on the wrong side!

It isn't bad on a first gen, it is pretty much standalone.

The newer you get the more integrated it gets.

A 4.0 should really do better than 28mph...
