Adding factory power windows

I have a 96 with manual windows. I’m considering adding factory power windows. I have found a donor truck. So my question is, do I need the GEM from the donor or can I add the wires to my GEM?

Here are the window wiring diagrams for the 1985-2011 Ford Ranger. The 1983-1984 models did not come with power windows.
