Ok guys this is going to take a minute, my sons ranger 4x4 4.0 5 spd, stopped running. the motor would run for a couple of seconds if you use starting fluid. I checked spark at the coil and plug it was working fine. the fuel pump was running continually so I figured it was the fuel pump bad, new fuel pump .no change. we thought it might be the two sensors on the manifold, driverside. changed those , no joy. next morning no spark, changed crank sensor, no joy. new wires and plugs, no good. the fuel pump is running all the time, I can hear what sounds like gas spraying. would leaking injector cause fuel pump to run continually? as far as spark If some one could point me a start here and then go here kinda thing I can start tracking it down. thanks guys a schematic would be great if theres a link.
