Heres my ranger 3 " body lift, sits high in the front cause the engines out, real easy to do with no engine in it, got the rear frame paint , wheels are off of craigs list $400 with real nice 31" tires with great tread, ceter caps where replace with modified stock hubcaps simaliar to F350 will alcoa rims, thats water drops that you see in the pic of the wheel
