I don't know if originally the bolts go through at all. Might just be studs coming out of the floor. It looks like the front anchor wants to be a nutsert or a nut tacked to the bottom of a little rib inside the cab.
Let me just suggest you don’t have to use a half dozen half inch nuts and bolts to hold that down, and they don’t have to be in the corners, nor do they have to be run down the center. I bet you can hold that in place adequately with three or four decent size self drilling, and self tapping screws. After you punch them through, pull them out, put a little E6000/goop on them so they don’t vibrate loose, and snug it down. If you’re not playing Hoochie Coochie on top of it with your girlfriend, it’ll stay there forever.
If you have to run the screws through carpet, usually a utility knife and cut a tiny little cross for the screw to go through so you don’t snag a thread and put a run in the carpet.
