I don't know if originally the bolts go through at all. Might just be studs coming out of the floor. It looks like the front anchor wants to be a nutsert or a nut tacked to the bottom of a little rib inside the cab.

Let me just suggest you don’t have to use a half dozen half inch nuts and bolts to hold that down, and they don’t have to be in the corners, nor do they have to be run down the center. I bet you can hold that in place adequately with three or four decent size self drilling, and self tapping screws. After you punch them through, pull them out, put a little E6000/goop on them so they don’t vibrate loose, and snug it down. If you’re not playing Hoochie Coochie on top of it with your girlfriend, it’ll stay there forever.

If you have to run the screws through carpet, usually a utility knife and cut a tiny little cross for the screw to go through so you don’t snag a thread and put a run in the carpet.

I'm with @Rick W. 4 self-tapping screws, and maybe some washers. If you really wanna look professional, riv-nuts. You can shift it some to suit you better too. I never put mine in because of locating it. With the side by side cup holder far enough back to fit 2 RT44 cups and not be in the way of the shifter, it stuck too far into the back seat area for me.

Riv nuts might be the way to go there and would be easier than most other methods like nuts on the bottom... I think the whole rivnut kit from Harbor Freight is around $20...
