Need to get an add a leaf but total swap took about 10-12 hours and that's one trip to the parts store. I'll be happy when it's level

Um...are those shackles in the front facing the opposite way they're supposed to?

Shackles aren't in the front I put them in te back. Solid mount is in the front just like the rsk on my obs 7.3. It rides smother this way

You shackle angle is too far foward.

This is how I did it on my obs with a pmf fabrications kit. It had my shackles like that and rode fine and held up just fine.
I see your point but what will I gain if I make my brackets so my shackles are like yours?

Any one?? I have searched and have found them both ways but I want this to be safe and function properly. If I need to change it I would want to do it now..

I think if u want the most flex it should be angled back and it should give it a better ride.

Mine rears are angled like that and with no bed it feels like its on solid blocks. I'm not sure about what degree the angle needs to be but for comfort at least you would want it angled out.

If you try to flex out on those that way, the shackle will invert on you. You need to put the shackle at the proper angle for ride quality and safety

Installed king ranch seats I scored off of cl. I cut the brackets off of the seats. I took the brackets off of my 60/40 seats and welded them to the brackets on the king ranch seats. Then just bolted them up in the factory location. The console I had to chop about 5 inche off the front of it to get it to set level. Fit good and the console is snug to the seats.
