89 B2 4.0 wont start has spark has fuel?? with Video

so i tapped the check valve on the fuel rail and got a healthy stream of gas,
i pulled a plug and grounded it and have a good spark

only things i can think of are bad gas maybe a lil water in the line
i accidently forgot to put my gas cap on and it sat for a week outside
what would be the best way to fix that?

or maybe the computer relay or grounds idk
startin to go crazy

but heres a video i took throw some ideas at me
if you listen closely you can hear the lil bzz of the fuel pump kicking on after i stop cranking

My buddy put new heads on my 2.9 and it did the same thing once we got it back together. We had fuel and spark to and it would crank and crank checked timing a bunch of times and it was spot on. He ended up seeing that the valves needed to be adjusted.

well nothing was done to the motor and it ran before it was pulled a week ago also it started right up after i got her in shes just being fussy

yep i found a lose wire on the coil pack seems to have me running Great!!!!!
