I've been working on my ranger for a bit now and finally got to the electrical parts which is just hard for me. But im getting it down as I go.
I know that all the 12v power for the truck is connected to that side of the solenoid. Just doesn't seem right to have all 3 wires go to one wire. They have rubber ends too. I know I need to replace them but what kind of wire do I need because of the rubber part?

I think those were fuseable links

Looks like what you have in the picture
Fuse links L, R, Z

It says 20ga for fuse link L and R. Not sure if that's the wire gage itself

Thank you, Im pretty sure its ether 12 or 14 gauge. I put a wire stripper on the wire and it was between the 2. Also how would I go about replaing them ? Could I just crimp new wire on to replace the rubber?

So IMO the 20 gauge is meant to act as a fuse. That's why it's called a fusible link. So probably the single length is the link and should be 20 gauge.
But... Check with Auto parts sites and dealers. Also eBay. I've found stuff for older vehicles looking around.
