30's or 31's on a stock Explorer?

Hope I'm not rehashing an old topic, but couldn't find info for my application. The family vehicle is a 99 Mountaineer that needs tires this weekend or maybe next. I'd like too step up to a set of 30x9.5's or, better yet, 31x10.5's. Does anyone know if these will fit with a stock suspennsion? Since it is my wife's DD I need to make sure whatever I buy won't rub on anything or hit the fenders if it should bottom out. Thanks for any inpuut.

Im prety sure a 31 will fit if u youse stock wheels

I had BFG 30X9.50 on my 91 Explorer (I could have easily fit 31X10.50's on it). I did for a small time put these wheels and tires on my 98 Mounty and they worked just fine.

the 30's on my 95 explorer are almost too big.
