2003 XLT 4x4 5spd w/67k value?

My neighbor has this truck and he's thinking of selling it. I'm thinking of buying it to flip it. Anyone know a real value on a one owner non-smoker 2003 Ranger XLT extended cab 5-spd with 4.0 and 4x4 and only 67K? Never wrecked - no rust. Has A/C, PS, PB & 6disc radio.

I thought at least 10K for a value.

Around $10K sounds about right. The price of 4x4 Rangers seem to be high right now, at least around here.

Sure could be worth that but values vary so much from area to area. I bought a similar 03 but 4x2 but loaded with all the electric options and the 3.0L auto with slightly less miles two years ago. If I found that here I'd jump on it just to keep it. Just have to check something like AutoTrader for those options in you area or CL.

I went to NADA guide this morning after I posted this and they said its value was almost $11K! He's thinking its only worth 8 so I'd be happy to make some bucks. He knows what I'd do with it.
