As my Ranger gets older and needs more loving care, I take solace in Forums such as this for maintenance and repair help.

How many miles on it? I bought mine with a fairly neglected 200,000 on it. Had an obvious timing failure as well as many other issues unknown. It was only $600 bucks and I figured it would be a fun project. We'll, over a year later, several thousand dollars, 4 engine removals and 4 installs all by myself, a couple trips to a local machine shop, tons of cleaning, and I finally have a fully functional vehicle. This website and all the folks who contribute was a HUGE help!
