Finally got my hands on the infamous dual throttle body from a Granada now only thing is didn’t come with linkage nor the throttle position sensor I got a couple questions that are left unanswered from the forums people are posting about. I seen people talking about using a Volvo throttle body position sensor I just can’t seem to find that forum again for some reason, with the throttle linkage thinking of making my own if any one has experience with that, that would be great to know and last thing finding the bolts for it was going to make my own or something along the lines or find anything remotely close to it then cut to fit. Trying to do this on a tight budget

PetroleumJunkie on here had one of those in his Ranger but he’s super busy and hasn’t been active on here in awhile unfortunately

Yea I’ve been reading all his posts we need him to come back the 2.9 community needs him😢. DOWN WITH THE 4.0!
You do realize that the 4.0 OHV is essentially a bored and stroked 2.9, right?

Don’t get me wrong guys, I don’t hate the 2.9 and I’ve long been planning to do some upgrades to the 2.9 for my 88, I have collected everything to try doing a MAF on it, headers, free-floating rockers, etc. I’d love to land the Scorpio/Capri intake and TB for it too plus some other goodies. The likelihood of me getting to that project this year is not good though, gonna be next year at best.
