Ok. I’ve got a 1990 2.9 manual ranger I’m putting a new engine in. The 2.9 I pulled from a 1990 auto ranger has a longer crankshaft that protrudes out and messes up fitment. I figured 90 to 90 wouldn’t be a problem for engine swap… what do I need to look out for in a new engine? Or is there anything I can do to make it work?
