1994 Ford Ranger exhaust leak.

I have a 1994 Ford Ranger with a 2.3l and i have been hearing a ticking noise while accelerating and have came to find its an exhaust leak right where the exhaust manifold comes down and joins with the pipe attached to the cat.

Any ideas on how to fix this? at least so it doesnt make noise anymore.
