1994 B4000 ABS light flashing

Yesterday my abs light came on and started flashing. It flashing a total of 16 times and from what I have tried to gather up thats code 16. Not sure what the code means. Any help on that would be appreciated.

Later that day along with the abs light I found out that my dash light was not working. I checked the fuse and everything was good. My tail lights are also not working but my head lights and other lights work. any help on this would be appreciated as well.

ABS light comes on when brake lights are not getting power

Check fuses #4, #5, #10, #13 in cab fuse panel, pull them out
#10, 15amp is the power for tail lights, dash lights and brake lights


Ford ABS code 16 means ABS system is OK, so light is in regards to a non-ABS system issue like no power somewhere


If you have a trailer light connector check it for corrosion

I have checked the fuses and all are good. is there a fuse under the hood that sends power to the box inside the cab?
