2.3L ('83-'97) 1994 2.3 motor mount ?

Recently had to pull motor for overhaul at 277,000. Passenger motor mount needs replaced, half came out with motor and half stayed in truck. Is it the single bolt on the face of the mount or the nut that is "locked in"? The head of the bolt on both mounts are rounded off, and looks like I will not be able to get an extractor on them, and I can't get nut to break loose no matter how much heat and or penetrant I use, impact just sits there hammering on the nut.

IIRC, the top of the mount has a peg that locks into the bracket. The bottom has a nut. Once you get it out make sure your replacement mount is the solid type, not hydraulic. I went through two or three sets of factory style, oil-filled mounts in just a few years. Found a solid rubber one and it has been in there for decades.

Okay, so you're trying to take the passenger motor mount bracket off the frame, but one nut on the bottom is just spinning?

Per the manual, that bolt from the top is supposed to be a flag bolt or captured to the mount, depending on 2wd/4x4. I haven't had my motor out since last year, but IIRC you should have space to get at the top. If you can't grab it, I might grind it off or maybe tack it back to the bracket, whatever helps.
