1993 Splash build

What are you trying to pull out?

Postin' from teh Galaxy

replacing all the bearings in my 1354M t-case. The front of the case has a bearing in it and the output shaft has a bronze bushing in it that needs a blind hole bearing puller. I got the new set and it worked flawlessly.

Really pushed my truck today. Went on a 45 mile trail ride. Had the time of my life. Found out that my saginaw is pushing WAY to much pressure (west texas modded) for my steering box. I literally exploded the pitman arm seal on my steering box AND blew a brake hose (brand freaking new not even 100 miles on it) all at the same time and had to drive the last 30 miles of trail running with NO power steering and only one front and 2 rear calipers working. I'll post pics in the morning

I ALSO snapped the sector shaft in my Saginaw power steering pump..

Somehow I didn't get any photo's of me in the rocks. This is all I have for now.

I would grab an adjustable pressure relief valve, and pressure test with a gauge...

I have an unmolested T Bird pump set at the factory 1000-1100psi and it has no problem supporting Hydro assist steering, hydroboost brakes, and the factory gear box.

I dont see a the reason for cranking the pressure way up....
