1991 ford ranger bezel compatibility

Hello the left hand headlight bezel is broken on my 1991 ford ranger it is broken in half. I have heard rumors that a bezel from the same year range of explorer or bronco 2 would work but AI says there different. Would anyone be able to give me a answer?. I will post a photo of the part i am talking about

89-92 Ranger, 89/90 Bronco II, 91-94 Explorer. All the same. AI isn’t trustworthy yet. It’s the front fenders on the Explorer that don’t interchange or really any of the sheet metal other than the hood. Grill and header panel plus front bumper all fit. My 89 Bronco II has a first gen Explorer grill.
