02 FX4 Twin stick Build

Primed and painted it for the time being so it doesn't rust, still have to plate the top and add some plate to the sides yet. When it's finished it will be Bedlined.

holy moly, thats cool, dont think ill make my bumper, in fact I might actually keep the one i have, im kinda growing fond of it.
but i did get new tires (BFG KO2's) and install LED bars behind my grill (looks and works AMAZING)
does your CB whip give you any trouble in its current spot? i have been thinking of adding a CB to my truck but i dont know where to put the whip

but next i have to do the clutch, flywheel, master and slave cylinders...$450 before taxes for just the parts...

Thanks. The CB whip is fine, although i I have to take it off if I go through the car wash.
Yeah that's about what it costed me to do it when I did the clutch and slave. It's not a bad job to do really.

picked these axles up, 78 bronco full width high pinion Dana 44 and a 31 spline 9" rear end. Also got a bronco/f150 steering box, bronco radius arms, coil buckets, some driveshafts and some other stuff. Only set me back $300

The 9" axle shafts had a groove worn in then from the seal, turns out they don't make a specific speedi sleeve for it, but I measured it and ended up using a crank shaft repair sleeve on them and it worked perfect

Decided to make a diff gaurd for the 9", might do a bolt on skid plate that goes along the bottom too.

Made it out of solid square stock I had laying around

Picked up a pipe bender off Kijiji and turns out it bends the solid stock pretty good too

This is a sweet build. You got those axles for a steal at $300 for the pair! Looking forward to the progress.
