New Seat Belts

The seat belts on my 88 Ranger don't retract well. I looked at LMC for replacements but all they have is lap belts.

Does anybody have a link to get new belts?

90% of the time the belts just need cleaning... Seriously... I know it sounds crazy. 50/50% water and isopropyl alcohol with a touch of laundry detergent.
