At first I just ran a bolt through a piece of plate onto the bed but the wind literally ripped it off of the bed so what I'm going to do is put a toolbox up next to it and bolt it down so the wind doesn't push it over again.

Hey man, I'm curious, what kind of lift did you stuff under there? Think you could post up a few pics of it? Really like the way yours looks, I'm thinking of doing something similar, haha.

It is a rough country 4" lift kit it's a nice lift for the money, but it doesn't flex very well because of the could being so stiff.if you want the look of a lifted truck their kit is perfect because you can stuff 33's under the truck with no rubbing( that's what the site said). But for me i'd like to have a little more flex. I'll get some pics up of it in a bit. I'll be selling it when I sas here pretty soon.lol

Is it a 4x4 only kit? Mines a 2wd, looking for a decent, simple lift. Not planning on crawling with this truck, just want some 31's under there and maintain nice clearance at the wheels. I love my truck, but the old 2wd's are too low to the ground, imho. Makes taking the bikes out kinda tricky, sometimes.

Beautiful truck, btw. I love that front bumper you have on there. Ever since I saw that the other day, I've been looking out for one for mine. Can't find a company that makes new ones any more.

It is a 4x4 kit most lifts aren't universal iirc. But you could get a block for the rear leaf springs from a 4x4 and get some 4x4 coils and make some coil spacers. Thanks for the compliments I love my truck too and after all the work I've put in it it's nice to see people appreciating it but there's a couple things that I want to do.

Yeah, my original plan was to just throw some blocks in the rear and do new coils and camber bushings up front. I'm just concerned about my driveshaft and steering angles, and whether or not I can keep the front alignment in spec.

And yeah dude, I know what you mean. It's nice to have your hard work appreciated, hehe. I show off my Ranger to friends and family and they just say "Ok yeah, so what?".

Here's with the 4" lift and it's not the greatest but it's nor bad either you will be able to get it aligned. if you have the extra money you could get a cam burg kit and that will give you more performance you are looking for and the lift.
I totally get the "okay that's cool" answer all the time from my family/ friends too. But I guess they don't understand how exciting it is to modify stuff.lol

I don't think many people really get it. Most people just use cars/trucks to get to work and back. We use ours for a lot more, hehe.

That's sweet. All I'm really looking for right now is something simple. I think I'll look into that kit. Any info on it? Sorry dude, feel like I'm clogging up your thread here, haha.
