Where does this wire attach? 1999 4.0 Auto, 4x4.

Hoping someone can help me find where this wire attaches - I committed the cardinal sin of not labeling it when I pulled the 4.0 for rebuild. It branches off the same loom as the two starter wires. Thanks!

Looks like it could be the main Ground cable from battery Negative, if so it would attatch to the starter motor bolt also seen in picture
