I am using Adobe Photoshop CS4 - trial versions are free for a limited time and full versions start around $650.00 unless you are a student and you can get discounted full versions for around $200.00.
There are illegal/pirate versions around - don't even ask and please do not use them they can have viruses or even worse - getting caught.
