What's it worth? (88 ranger GT)

So I have the opportunity to pick up a 5.0 swapped ranger for pretty cheap. My wife said this one has to go first if I want to bring that other one home.

So, what is the going rate for a 1988 ranger GT? No A/C, 2.3 5 speed swapped, no power steering. I daily drive it so its dependable. Ground effects are not perfect but aren't trash either. I paid under $500 for it, but it had a bad engine and trans at the time, so I know how much I have in it, but not sure if that's what it's going to be worth.

I was down until I saw the RED interior. I'd say 1200-1800 as previously stated depending on the buyer.

LOL, the RED interior is why I think I would be OK with getting rid of it.

Or you could do a v8 swap to your gt.

Here's a picture of my buddies ranger gt under the hood. All pushed aluminum, boosted 5.0 (you don't have to go this far like he has).

He dynoed it and it's at 400hp at the rear wheels.

I kinda like the red interior as well. however, the red interior fades faster than the other colors, but that is the only thing I would have against it.
