I have that 88 ranger just sitting around. I wanted to do a 353T Detroit and dana 60s with a nv4500 but I have other projects on going. I dont have to get rid of it but I wanted to do a complete frame off resto mod. Always planning for the next toy.... 🤷🏿‍♂️

I vote for Godzilla. SOMEBODY has to shoehorn a Godzilla engine into a Ranger chassis, and it might as well be you.

Godzilla fits.

Confirmed by chassis Ford Dyno guys long time ago.

And I have one in my shop truck ... It's smaller then the engine in my ranger now..which is also an 88 ranger.

you need to sell me that truck

But did they actually put it in? Or did they just confirm that it fits by measuring it?

Is the shop truck (that has a Godzilla in it) a Ranger?

I don't know of any actual swaps but it isn't much bigger than a 351w. There have been lots of swaps with engines bigger than a 351w.

No ... It's a 250.

But in chassis cuts and prototype testing they fitted the pushrod in just about everything....

There's a few iterations in development... But not likely to make extended production. EVERYTHING IS ELECTRIC.

All the more reason for a certain somebody to do it. To prove that it can be done.

The current home of the 7.3 will be one of the last platforms to convert.

I hate it went people try to spend my money for me (I do it just fine all by myself). I try not to do the same to others.
