Thanks Guys, it sounds like wal-mart is the hot ticket. I went there last night and they had Castrol Full Synthenic for 20 bucks for a 5 quart, But i am cheapo and will most likey go with motocraft for 11.50 for quarts. It beats the heck out of 50 or 60 at the dealership

I go to AutoZone and buy my motorcraft filter and motorcraft oil. It comes out to a little more than $20 so I get a scan on my rewards card. (I buy parts almost everyday so it helps)
