Webcams and Windows 2K?

So I take care of people who have various developmental disabilities and one of my guys (who is pretty higher functioning) wants a webcam for his computer. (he wants to talk with his G/F with skype/gmail-chat/etc., on the days he can't see her)

The problem is, He's still running Windows 2k (which does everything he really needs, until this webcam thing) but I can't find snot for a webcam that supports Windows 2K.

Does anybody know of a webcam that'll work? It doesn't have to even be a super high quality one, as it's an older computer anyways.

I'd really appreciate it if anyone can help me out.

ebay? win2k and xp are basicly the same os, its just that xp has a newer interface, but both os's have the same guts.

go to fleabay and craigslist and look for a win98 capbable webcam.

Do you happen to have one to try? a large portion of the time the xp drivers will work in 2k unless it has an OS check in it (which just means it thinks it won't work )

me aint got webcams, ive gotten new video cards to work on 2k, like an ATI 4870 using drivers ment for xp and up. the os check is retarded, greedy microsoft wants me to upgrade :\
