truck is cutting out bad

89 ranger 2.9l cuts out super bad and i cant figure out what it is. i replaced almost the whole ignition system except for the distributor and coil i even got a new tfi module which i was positive thats what it was but i guess not. its getting worse everyday and i have no power what so ever and its pissing me off. im now moving on to the fuel system,maybe a bad fuel pump?? any ideas? cause im stumped.:bawling:

Define "cuts out".

Conditional information would be good to have also. Does it do it at random, when you turn the lights on, when you accelerate, only going through 47* left hand turns at 75 MPH in reverse? That kind of thing.

Well, if it's doing what I think it's doing he needs to be checking his wiring. Particularly the positive battery cable going to the starter relay, and the neg cable.
