The begging of my 91 F250 Ranger

So im building a 91 f250 ranger with a dana 50ttb and 10.25 with 4.9l in it. ive been waiting all winter to start it ive got my donor frame form a 1989 f250 plow truck with a 4.9 five speed manual everything. is geting bored of my 4.0l i want something bigger and more power. until i can get 7.3 powerstroke powertrain made up i will use the 4.9 for a couple years. im still try to drag the donor truck up a slope to start the tear down of the two trucks but the f250 dose not want to get up the hill lol. so heres my thread

i know you want the box but i vote to shorten it and fit it up, cut the fenders huge and run 37's....

it will be a tank and hard to bust.

im put a tool box so when i put in powerstroke i can use the box to hold propane assit and watermetail

it will look little funny with a big tool box between the cab and box lol

This is the box design i came up with. its 12 gauge steel. i just need to save some money up to get it made.

i started removing the rear axle and leaf hangers puting on brand new leaf hangers and shock mounts. im guna go with a Lincoln locker lol always wanted one

Got the bed on but I don't have the body lift for it yet or axle under it yet. It's a rough placement of bed and where the axle will sit
