I'm so excited to report that is is official. I just took it on a drive and she drove and shifted BEAUTIFULLY!!!!!
Now; one more thing, I was always told that when you're slowing down especially to a stop that you should go through all the gears cuz it was bad on the transmission or the clutch not to. Is that true? If I knowing I'm coming up on a stop sign or a stop light is it okay or even better to just throw it into neutral and Coast?

I don’t see how it could hurt anything. All downshifting does, is it gives you opportunity to do engine braking and use your wheel brakes less.

I often skip gears. I do some downshifting and engine braking. And sometimes I just take it out of gear and use the brake pedal. There are times when lightly loaded and not in a hurry, that I will skip gears when accelerating, too - usually third.

Not downshifting is easier on the trans, harder on the brakes.

And even if you choose to downshift to get engine braking, you certainly do not have to go through all of the gears!

50k? I'm getting 150-170k, but I buy exedy and match engine/trans rpms during the downshift.
You hear big-rig drivers do that, yes because they want engine braking, but they want preserve the clutch (and gears). Me too! ....but I keep my vehicles a long time. I've had my Ranger 20 years.

Really depends on abuse... but I would say average is north of 100k miles

If it's not broken Don't Fix It!
If the driver doesn't slip the clutch a lot and takes there foot off the pedal between shifts 100k -120k. This depends on the driver and type of traffic it is used in. Constant city driving will ware a clutch much faster than highway driving due to more shifting. My truck got 130K out of the original clutch but was a lot of highway miles with light city driving.
