If you can't go through it or around it, then go over it.
How do you know if you have a broken spark plug without disturbing the spark plug?

my Camry has a random misfire on cylinder number 6. I moved the coil to another cylinder and it still have a random misfire on cylinder number 6.

when I attempted to remove the spark plug from cylinder number 6 I can rotate the plug 10 degrees either direction then hard stop. Because of the ease in which the plug turns that 20 degrees made me not want to put any force on it.

What do the other plugs look like? If none of them come out, sounds like they have never been changed. Most likely the problem.

They’ve been changed. All services have been done on time and done by Toyota…… well atleast all the services have been paid for at Toyota…. Wether or not they did the work I can’t say

do the other plugs come out?

does the socket fit tight on the others?

a broken plug is usually cracked porcelain, that won't affect how a tool fits the steel body.

spry some Penetratin fluid around the spark plug threads and wait an hour, then put a socket on it and pull it! should come out no problem

Sometimes warming up the engine will help with the removal of a stuck plug. As in warm to the touch, warm.

Ive never heard of the threaded part of tthe plug snapping off like a bolt does unless its really stuck and someones torquing like a cummins on it.

I would say either the hexs are worn down for some reason, your sockets cracked, something along those lines causing what you describe.

If you don't have time to do it right will you have time to do it over?
I've seen Chevy plow trucks where the plug snapped off leaving the threads and tapered seat in the head after road salt ate away some of the plug metal.
Assuming the socket isn't slipping and you're actually turning the plug, I'd crack it loose and spray penetrating oil around it. Not WD40, something like Cyclo Breakaway or PB Blaster. After it sits overnight use a socket on a short breaker bar and gently work the plug tighter and looser until it comes out. Three valve Ford V8's would get carbon build up on the threads and your engine may have done it, too. Using a little finesse can save you a lot of work.

Pull the head. :D

Probably easier to get the plug out.

I’m going to be back working on it tomorrow. It’s been too cold and dark when I get home from work to mess with it. The other 2 plugs on the front side of the engine turn with a little effort and the spark plug socket is new (well, 4 years old but it’s the first time I’ve used it). I’m going to decoke the engine when I get home tonight by misting some water and Dawn dishsoap into the intake with the engine warm and running.

I've used water to decarbon engines in the past- especially 200 and 250 sixes- but have never heard of using dish soap. Air is about 20% oxygen and water is 33% oxygen so it burns hotter. Be very carefull of the cat temperature, though, feeding it water will heat the cat up fast.
