Well, I guess I could understand the part of "wanting to practice for the '84"... but how is putting the correct drop pitman arm on something too much work compared to a whole complete SAS??

basicly i think that it would be pretty awesome to have 2 solid axle swaped b2's. and other than that i personaly havent seen any builds with much detail involing a D30 on here. thanks for all the inputs. i do have 1 other question, ive heard that you have to lift the truck at least 6" for a Sas. is that true?

You may be able to get away with 4" lift when using a D30, although it primarily will depend on how far the diff is offset for clearing the frame.
