I had installed a new TSS sensor when I rebuilt it.. I checked the resistance at the transmission harness connection point and the resistance of the TSS is right in the middle of the resistance range. So I don't think the TSS is the issue. I previously had wiring issues right behind the motor where the insulation had rubbed off. I took a lot of time to recover each wire and then put it a sheath to protect it. So I don't think so but that is where I am going to start looking.
