rear brakes locking up

just put new brakes on my truck front and rear about a month ago and with in the last few days the rear as been locking up at low speeds could there be air in the line i bleed them when i put brakes on. its a 2003 4x4 5 speed 4lit

Grabby brakes are usually caused by the shoes getting contaminated with either brake fluid (leaking wheel cylinders) or gear oil (leaking axle seals). Pull the drums off and have a peek at what is going on.

its been raining alot lately and snowing but once it dries up or can clean out the garage i will take a look at it

Mine too. After I let my truck sit for a while after it rains they lock up the first couple times I hit the brakes then by the time I get outta the neighborhood its fine.

Lately I've been having a constant problem like this, my wheel cylinder cracked recently though so I think as sasquatch said, the shoes are contaminated
