ReadyLift 3" Rear Block Kit for F150, 4WD on a 2009 Ranger?

The guys at work seem to think that these should work. I've got the ReadyLift 2.25" Torsion Key Leveling Kit in the front and wanted something to raise the rear a little more. My concern was that the center pins wouldn't line up.
Will this work?

will not work that gen f150 uses a dual-pin leaf spring pins and also the leaf springs are 3" wide vs a rangers 2.5 inch wide springs

Belltech 6400 shackles will give you ~2" lift.

I wouldn't be too keen on a lift block over 1-2" anyway...
