Reading spark plugs

Ok I just swapped out my plugs. Im not entirely sure how to read the plugs so I took a pic of em. Also some of em have whitish color on the outside of the bar.

Oil. Havent lost any coolant but my oil was low and I did a change mid jan

My old Ramcharger needed a non-fouler in one of the spark plug holes because it would always foul with oil.

Still ran good though.
