theres much more to it than just flex...it was built to be a capable all-around wheeler,from mud bogs to rock crawling,as well as being safe on the street.it took a long time(and lot's of failed experiments)to get the suspension to flex like that but not be floppy all the time.same with the drivetrain-i wanted a crawl ratio that would kill anyone elses,but there were a lot of problems in the beginning keeping it together.the way it's set up now,i can be confident driving a long distance on the highway to get to the trails,drive all day off road,and know it's going to get me home-as long as i take enough gas.as for the haters,most of that came from a particular web site that i won't name(like pirate)but there have been others that just thought it was foolish.to each his own.
