I think this is going to look unreal when its done, total props. And police chase??? DUDE! come on... glad no one got hurt!
Croot
it wasn't a chase, pretty sure they would of arrested me if that was the case, just another case of small time cops with nothing better to do, the supervisor jumping the median was completely unnecessary, as soon as I saw the lights in the rear view, I pulled over, they were just really far back....

Got the passenger side painted, the rear quarters and the hatch painted. I've decided that I'm going to paint the hood flat black, and maybe try my hand at a pin strip design. I will checkerboard the roof and finish off the hood tomorrow. Pictures should be up after I'm done with it. But for now, update pictures.

Rattle can, and some light sanding before hand, probably not going to stick for years, but when I get decent paint at cost ($12 can i get for $4), I don't really care if it stick or not, and at $4 a can its a cheap fix for scratches and chips.

I've been looking for a set of 18" x 9" steel rims with a 5 x 100 bolt pattern and 37 +/- 5mm backspacing Then i can use my summer tires and sell the alloys. I don't want to buy a new rim and tire set since my summer tires still have about 8/32" on them, and my winter tires are around the same with new rims. I'll wait until I find a set of steel rims the same size of my summers, or wait until the tires are done for. But my plan for my summer alloys are to go gloss black with a gloss red lip.
