I think us Western members are busy with daily chores and jobs and job hunting LOL.

Anyhow I'll see the banner and sign it on the 24th, Tuner710 is gonna be taking it to Pocatello and stopping in Eagle, Idaho/Boise area on the 24th in the evening at the I-84/Eagle Road Exit at the Chevron right off the freeway for a few of us Boise area members to see and sign the banner.

Seriously you really think this is all gonna happen overnight? The banner has to move by hand across the country it isn't gonna happen very quickly. Not everyone is rich enough to be able to travel. Some of us actually don't even have time off work to get out of the town they live in let alone drive cross country to move a banner. Relax.

PS: Many people that have RBV's here in the west aren't even members on this site. According to the map there's no one around my area either. Remember the Northwest isn't as populated as the rest of the country. Us people in the west have to work for a living, most of us don't have time off that we can travel. Myself I rarely get out of the town I live in. By the time I get off work in the afternoon the last thing I want to do is deal with the moron drivers just to drive 30 miles to the next town, its totally not worth it.

Next week when I meet Tuner710 will be the first time I've been out of Emmett in a couple months. At a $700 a month income I don't go very far at all. You guys that are getting all worked up over this banner need to step off your pedestal and back to the reality that the economy sucks for many people, don't you think that we would love to be able to just jump in our cars and drive for days to move the banner around? I would have loved to drive to Washington when it was up there and move it but that would have been more gas than I make in a paycheck. Seriously step back to reality and realize that not everyone is rich, not everyone can afford to travel.

Haha, well I wish I had the money to drive the banner around from state to state, but unfortunately I don't. I think it would be fun to be able to take the banner to each and every member to be able to meet everyone face to face, dang that stupid empty bank account.

No worries, seems like the banner has been stuck for a while though, it will be nice to see it move on this coming week.

17 months is a long time, and a lot of things can happen between then and now, I know I lost a good job 3 years ago, and about a year and a half ago I was on unemployment for a couple months, and I was beating myself up, I hated it, so I went back to work at mcDonalds for minimum wage, then got a bit better job at a local cafe. 3 years ago I was making almost $4k a month, now I'm making about $800 a month. This economy has done a lot of people in, and its not getting any better.

The people that are moving the banner are getting scarce probably due to worrying about having a job, or worse have lost their job.

At least we all have TRS so we can at least help each other out online. This forum has helped save my B2 from the scrap yard.

I spent 12 years in the National Guard, and went to Iraq in 2004-2005. Since then I have been on the go all the time, spent 5 years working as a supply NCO at my local armory full time, then of course due to the economy and budget cuts lost my job. I was used to long hours at work, and being on the go and always doing things. For some reason since then and going back to civilian life its been really hard to adjust. Trying to slow down and not get so agitated is very hard, one wouldn't think so but believe me its hard. Between that and I'm sure some sort of PTSD it really sucks. My whole life changed within a matter of months from a great steady income to basically nothing. Its a hard struggle. The only thing that really keeps me going are the local kids I help out when I can when they need help with homework and issues. Plus the Bronco 2 has turned into a project, and that stresses me out as well looking at it knowing what it needs and seeing an empty bank account.

Anyhow enough of my useless rambling.

Is there a map or anything that shows what states or areas the Banner has been, so its not backtracking all over the place. I hope there's still room on the banner for me to sign it, I'll just have to write really small LOL.

Ok, so what happens to the banner in the end? Where is the end? Who will get the banner? How does this all work anyhow?

LOL, thanks.

I'm working on a few side jobs but that'd kind of slow right now but winter is coming up so not much in the way of photography shoots. Saving up the money for the B2, plus photography stuff keeps me busy, I like it.
