I messed up with some filler primer

I got a new backbed for my truck yesterday and it was a bit scratched up. I sanded it and layed a coat of white down and didnt like the way it came out so i bought some rustoleum filler primer and sprayed over it, i didn't let the white fully dry not thinking about it and now its all cracked up with deep groves. Any attempt to sand it ends with the sand paper gumed up in 30 seconds. What can i do to fix this? Ive been wanted a good looking bed for so long [emoji20]

Since the paint was not dry when you primed it, it may take a long time to dry since it is sealed by the primer. I would take it to a place where it can be sandblasted, or rent/borrow/steal the equipment to sand blast it yourself.

I took an orbital sander to it and got it all off, but managed to make it very unsmooth in the process. This is going to be one hell of an experience

Take it to the metal and start over.
