I’m adding an oil cooler from the 4.0 explorer (ordered from Ford) anyone else done this? I have not been able to find any info other than the cooler and one line. No diagrams nothing! Does anyone have a picture? Do a sketch? I see the pin on the cooler to locate it, but nothing on the coolant lines

You need the oil cooler adapter for the oil filter. The lines run from that.

You can just use lengths of rubber oil line hose from the auto parts store. It does not need to be the factory pre-bent peices. (I actually doubt the pre-bent pieces will fit given they are designed for an explorer).

Install the cooler/radiator where you want it, install the oil filter adapter and oil filter, then just run rubber lines to the cooler making sure to route them securely and away from anything that could burn or chafe them. Putting some protective loom over them is always a good idea and be sure to use QUALITY hose clamps on all 4 ends.

Finally got it! Lower radiator hose has a restrictor and two ports for oil cooler.
