Saturday we went to "The Cliffs Insane Terrain" in Illinois. It was Me in my 89 STX 2.9L on 30.5's, my buddy in his 08 F350 Super Duty twin turbo diesel on 35's, and my other buddy in his 06 Ram 1500 on 32's.
My Ranger:
Ram 1500:
08 F350:
Then there was this huge incline of a hill that the F350 climbed, he struggled to get up it. once he got it up he parked it for pictures.
Then said my "little puss truck" couldnt do it. But it went up with ease...
The Ram tried but his front end was too long and low to clear so he backed up it.
We decided to take one las lap outside before the park closed and the F350 got a little too gready...
So i wanted nothing more than to pull him out with my "little puss truck" so we hooked it up...
after yanking and pulling i pulled him a little bit out and the strap snapped, the only other strap we had was from reciever to reciever and i dont have a reciever yet, so the 1500 pulled him out, BUT I MOVED HIM!
After F350 was out:
It was a blast! My frist time offroading and my first time using 4WD, I cant wait to do it again.
The F350 got stuck, the Ram 1500 got stuck, but my "little puss truck" did not! and i went almost everywhere they went...
