First off this is on my '00 Explorer 5.0L with a 4406 transfer case swapped in. It started when I from some small car tires to some 31" mud terrains I picked up off craigslist... They were on Jeep wheels and I installed 5mm wheel spacers in the front since the wheels hit the lower A arms when turned, and I cranked the torsion bars a couple turns while I was there...
I'm used to a vibration at ~45mph to ~60mph being a blown cord in a tire, haven't had one at lower speed, other than when I had a bad driveshaft, I think that was similar speeds but don't remember... I'll inspect the front and rear driveshafts shortly for good measure, obviously the front shaft angle didn't change with the torsion crank, but the CV shaft angle did
This thing is fairly new to me, but I put about 10k on the tires that it came with, and about 3k on the 31's I'm running now (since July 20th when I got the thing driving), I've checked out most of the front suspension with nothing odd standing out, there's some odd clunks when backing up sometimes in the front but nothing too odd... All the tie rod ends and ball joints seem tight
My thoughts are maybe front wheel bearings, or a tire issue... I might rotate the tires this weekend if I get the time...
Sorry for being long winded...
