new tire fitment

i just got my new 32x11.50r15 falken wild peak a/t today
my ?
i had the same size copper stt on a 15x10 rim and it looks good
but the falkens look smaller for being the same

should i use my stock 15x7 or should i use the 15x10

not all tires are the same size. some will be a true 32 and some could be as small as 30's. for a tire that skinny id use a stock 7 inch rim.
