My credo
To send it or not to send it, that is the question.
so a lot of people think that i'm in my early 20's because of my voice and the amount of work i do, but in reality i'm only 15 and i've done more work and heavy lifting by myself, and i prefer older vehicles with all the basic things rather than these new vehicles with plastic galore, sure they may be fast but nothing beats all the basic things like crank windows manual locks and manual transfer case shifters.

I don't count birthday's anymore...just happy to be looking down at the ground instead of looking up
Would you believe I'm, ugh, well, ugh, wait a moment and I'll think of it...
Wait, what was the post about...can't remember...
Having a brain fart....
Oh yeah, I'm old but refuse to mention my age cause it would scare me.
Old enough to know better, but young enough to still want to do what I know better not to do.
Enough to say I've got some blue jeans that are probably older than most of you...
And yeah, I can still get into them!!!
Still have a collection of 8-track tapes, some 45 rpm records, and still have and remember how to use a slide rule (old mans computer) and an abacus (an even older mans computer)

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.

I'm old enough to appreciate a mid day nap... 8:00pm seems like a reasonable bedtime and I wake before 5:00am without an alarm clock.

I go to bed a 4am. Take the kids to school at 8am, go back to bed at 9am, wake up around 1-2pm, go to work at 3pm, come home at 11am, repeat.

I remember when you were told. "when you see the bright light, drop and cover under your desk", like the desk was gonna protect us from "the bomb".
I remember when Roger Maris broke Babe Ruth's 60 home run record.
I remember Chubby Checker.
I remember watching the first Elvis movie. The first Superman tv show. Rin Tin Tin. Roy Rodgers, Sky King. Fury, Lassie, and a whole lot more.
And we were all in love with Annette Funicello on the Mickey Mouse Club.

I can remember the first Burger King, opened in Miami, Fla. Whoppers were .39., frys .15, and a shake was .20.
First Mc Donalds, burgers were .12, cheese burger was .15.
No pizza chains, but local italian restraunt had large pizza's for $1.50, loaded for $2.50. Cokes, in a bottle were .10, pack of cigarettes was .25 in a vending machine.
Pay phone on every corner were .10 for a call.
I remember the first issues of Hot Rod, Car Craft, and Rod and Custom Magazines.
Everyone on tv smoked, and NO ONE ever uttered so much as a "Damn or Hell" on tv or in the movies.
Every married couple shown on tv, movies, or in commercials each slept in their own bed.

The first Burger King is 20 miles from me, in Mattoon Illinois.. It's a completely different type of place compared to all other BK's.
