Supposedly the shutdown is to let suppliers find their groove and maybe get caught up (or at least gain ground in getting caught up)

Webasto (the hardtop supplier) is still riding the struggle bus, the last time they shut the plant down Ford transferred plant employees to help with hardtops because a lack of manpower is one of the things Webasto is struggling with so maybe they are going to try that again.

But otherwise it sounds like production is running as they had planned, they are supposed to still be planning on hitting full production speed in early August.
