I have a 94 Ranger 4.0L 5-speed that is giving me horrible driveability issues,

When I start it up it runs just fine.

Two minutes later, It just loses all power and makes me feel like it's going to die..... But It just stumbles for awile (as I'm giving it gas)...

Then all of a sudden (30 seconds later) it gets quite a bit better like around 75% better.... But not 100% Better

Would replacing the O2 sensors and the DFPE box make it run better?

Does the check engine light flash when this stumbling happens??? does the stumbling happen only when ur on the gas??? With this lil info could be anything from a faulty fuel injector to a faulty coil or MAF... or it might even be a fuel pump not performing up to standards
